The results of the Vigo to Tenerife race are in!

All of the vessels have crossed the finish line and are preparing themselves to arrive in Tenerife for the four day event on May 14.   The preliminary results of the first race of the TALL SHIPS®ATLANTIC CHALLENGE are as follows:

The Dutch vessel, Tecla, finished first overall on corrected time, followed by the Russian tall ship Kruzenshtern and the plucky Jolie Brise of the United Kingdom.

In the C and D vessels group, Rona II (UK) was in first place, with Urania  (Netherlands) and Xsaar (Belgium)  in second and third, respectively.
