A warm welcome in Bay City

Posted by Tall Ships America on July 16, 2010

Early morning enthusiasts

Here are some shots of the fleet along the waterfront in Bay City. It is a beautiful summer day and it seems as though the entire town has turned out to welcome the ships. Stay tuned for an update from Libby…

Wasn’t it fun here in Bay City, MI. I volunteered for 3 days and then on Sunday I took my time and visited each of the tall ships. There are not words to describe the scene with all the ships lining the Saginaw River. Everyone on the ships was so friendly. I am happy that the people on the tall ships had a good time here too. Thank you, Judy Markham
